Initial
consultation
This
consultation is a required and vital aspect of your pet's
care. During this "get aquainted" meeting I will
familiarize myself with your pet{s) and discuss important
information such as emergency contacts, veterinarian preference,
health and/or behavior concerns for your pet(s), the service
contract, and answer any questions you may have. There is
no fee for this consultation and takes about 45 minutes.

These
fees apply only if a key or other arrangements to enter
your home at the time of consultation have not been made.
Many clients leave their key with me on a permanent basis.
All keys are kept in a lock box, separate from business
files and are coded.
Unexpected
Charges
Occasionally,
we all forget an item when getting ready for a trip. If
you run out of food, litter, medication, or some other important
item, don’t worry; I will be happy to purchase the
supplies you need. There will be a $10.00 fee, plus the
cost of the item.
Payment
is due on the first day of service.
There
will be a $30.00 fee assessed on any returned checks.
